Luther N Leak & Sons is more than a construction company — it’s a family legacy rooted in grit, craftsmanship, and generational pride. Our story began in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where Luther Leak II laid the foundation for this business through hard work, skill, and a commitment to excellence in concrete finishing. He became known in the region for dependable work and honest relationships — a reputation that still holds weight today.

His son, Luther Noah Leak III, carried the torch with integrity and vision. A skilled concrete finisher himself, he expanded the business to include landscaping services, creating beautiful, functional spaces from the ground up. His leadership turned the business into a respected name in both concrete and exterior design.

Now in its third generation, the company is led by Phillip Credle, the grandson of Luther Leak II. Phillip proudly carries the family name forward, honoring the values of those before him while pushing the business into new territory. Under his leadership, Luther N Leak & Sons remains grounded in tradition but equipped for tomorrow.
